Limitations of Responsibility: The notary public is not responsible for the content or legality of the documents being notarized. It is the responsibility of the parties involved to ensure that the documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Not Legal Counsel: Notaries in Ohio cannot offer legal advice or services. Individuals seeking legal interpretation or assistance should consult a licensed attorney.
Identification Requirement: It is the responsibility of the signer to present valid identification as required by Ohio law. The notary must verify the identity of the signer before proceeding.
Record Keeping: Notaries are required to maintain a record of their notarial acts, which may be subject to review by authorized entities. However, the notary cannot guarantee the confidentiality of the details recorded.
Jurisdiction: This disclaimer relates specifically to notarial acts performed within the state of Ohio, and notaries are bound by Ohio law and regulations.
Terms & Conditions - the basics

These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Signature Solution[Notary Services LLC a licensed notary public in the state of Ohio.

Services Provided
-The notary will perform notarial acts, which may include witnessing signatures, administering oaths, and certifying copies of documents, in accordance with Ohio law.
Identification Requirements
-Clients must provide valid government-issued identification to verify their identity prior to the notarization process. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID.
Limitations of Liability
- The notary is not responsible for the content, legality, or enforceability of the documents being notarized. Clients are advised to seek legal counsel for any legal questions or concerns related to their documents.
Fees
- Notary services will be charged at a rate of provided on service page, payable at the time of service. Additional travel and/or technical fees may be applied if the notary is required to travel outside of their usual service area. All fees are non-refundable once notary service has been performed.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their appointment with 2 hour notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee of $5.
Confidentiality
- All information provided during the notarization process will be treated with confidentiality; however, the notary may be required to disclose information in compliance with state law.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
Amendments
- Signature Solution Notary Services LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Acceptance of Terms
- By engaging the services of Signature Solution Notary Services LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
